An Introductory day is a 1 day workshop to introduce the general public to Capacitar practices.
There have recently been a number of Capacitar Introductory Days in Cork, Newry, Tralee, Nenagh and Dublin. These are great to introduce people to Capacitar and let them know about our Foundation Training. They are easy to organise and we try to keep the price as low as possible.
